Yeah the avatar animation was a major pain in the ass to get right,15k is tiny for smooth animation and i had to cut a lot of frames. Still,its not too crappy for a first attempt i don't think. I'll probably change what's going on with the webcam every month,purely coz i get bored easily and have nothing better to do
